Analisa (Liz) Murao Tardy, age 44, of The Colony, Texas, peacefully entered eternal rest on August 10, 2023, in Frisco, Texas, hand in hand with her husband and sister-in-law by her side.
Analisa was born on January 26, 1979, in the Philippines to Artemio and Nenita Dela (Pena) Murao. She attended the University of the Philippines where she attained her bachelor’s degree of Arts. After graduation, she worked as an English teacher in seminar. She had held several jobs including working at a publishing house, then eventually moving into the call center scene. She moved over to and after re-locating to the United States in 2017, she worked as a Customer Service Agent at Toyota Industries Commercial Finance and later promoted to a Major Account Specialist. While working at EXL, she met the love of her life, Philip Nelson Tardy and the two were married on March 31, 2017, in Bulverde, Texas.
Analisa had a passion for life; she was compassionate, giving and prioritized the well-being of others. Her voice was very calming, and her quiet confidence drew others to her. Filling their home with love with her husband and son was her greatest joy. She loved frequent road trips and discovering new places and foods try out. While watching movies with Philip, she would sometimes fall asleep, which brought her much comfort.
Analisa is survived by her husband, Philip Tardy of The Colony, Texas; son, Matthew Tardy of McKinney, Texas; mother, Nenita Murao; sister Arleen Garcia (Karl); brother Arnie Murao (Emma), nieces Arrieme Faye Marabi-Murao, Emmeira Fate Marabi-Murao and nephew, Brian Garcia. She was preceded in death by her father, Artemio Murao.
A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Monday, August 21, 2023, at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, 8000 Eldorado Parkway, Frisco, Texas 75033. Interment will follow at Ridgeview West Memorial Park, 7800 Sanctuary Drive, Frisco, Texas 75033. The family will receive friends during a visitation on Sunday, August 20, 2023, from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home, 8520 Main Street, Frisco, Texas 75033.
