IN LOVING MEMORY

Amelia Grace Cardenas

Oct 16 2026 - Oct 16 2026

Some lives are measured in years, while others are measured in the immeasurable love they leave behind.

Amelia Grace Cardenas, beloved daughter of Edgar and Victoria Cardenas and cherished baby sister to Rylee, Reagan, and Elliana, was born on October 16, 2026, at just 20 weeks, already resting in the arms of Jesus.

During an ultrasound, Amelia's family received the heartbreaking news that her little heart was no longer beating. Following her delivery, they learned that she had become entangled in her umbilical cord. Though her family had dreamed of a lifetime of memories with her, their time together was far shorter than anyone could have imagined.

From the moment they learned of her existence, Amelia was deeply wanted, endlessly celebrated, and fiercely loved. Her life brought immeasurable joy and anticipation to her family, including three big sisters who were eagerly awaiting her arrival. Though they will not have the opportunity to watch her grow, she will forever be their little sister, and they will forever be her family.

Amelia's time on earth was heartbreakingly brief, but her life was anything but insignificant. She was known, loved, and wonderfully made by the God who formed her. Her story is not defined by the number of days she lived, but by the love that surrounded her every moment of her existence.

Her family finds comfort in the promise of eternity and the assurance that Amelia is safe in the arms of her Savior. While their hearts ache for the moments they will never experience with her here on earth, they hold tightly to the hope of one day being reunited with their precious girl.

Amelia Grace is forever loved by her parents, Edgar and Victoria Cardenas; her three sisters, Rylee, Reagan, and Elliana; and a family of grandparents, relatives, and loved ones whose hearts will forever hold a place for her.

A celebration of Amelia's life will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, October 24, 2026 at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home in Allen, Texas. Family and friends are invited to gather in remembrance of a little girl whose life, though brief, will leave a lasting imprint on so many hearts.

Amelia Grace will forever be a daughter, a sister, and a beautiful part of the Cardenas family. She will be spoken of, remembered, celebrated, and loved for all the days of their lives.

So little, so loved, so deeply missed.

"For you formed my inward parts; you knitted me together in my mother's womb." – Psalm 139:13 (ESV)
