Mrs. Alma Jean Jones, age 78, of Calera, Oklahoma passed away August 17, 2005, in Denison, Texas. She was born December 5, 1926, in Plano, Texas to Tom and Flora (Wolf) Rogers. On March 23, 1946, she married Willie Jones in McKinney, Texas. Mrs. Jones was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith. She is survived by her sons, James D. Jones and wife, Lynda of Calera, Oklahoma and Tommy R. Jones and wife, Sherry of Allen, Texas; brothers, Tommy Rogers and wife, Fredna of Waxahachie, Texas, Wallace Rogers of Plano, Texas and Doyle Rogers; sisters, Leta Mae Vickery and Edith Bolin both of McKinney; 5 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. Her husband, 1 brother and 1 sister preceded her in death. Funeral services will be held at 4:00 p.m., Saturday, August 20, 2005, in the Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Chapel. Interment will follow at Ridgeview Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 7:00-9:00 p.m., Friday at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home.
