IN LOVING MEMORY

Alexander Joseph "AJ" McMillan

Sep 22 1990 - Feb 12 2020

It is with great sadness we announce the unexpected passing of our son Alexander Joseph McMillan (AJ) on February 12, 2020 at the age of 29 in Mexico City. He will always be remembered as a beautiful, loving, adventuresome and highly intelligent young man.

AJ was a Texas native, raised in Melissa Texas. AJ had lived in Oregon, California, Colorado, Mexico and other cities in Texas.  He loved fishing, hunting, skiing, boating and traveling and had a passion for horticulture.  AJ attended Texas Tech University, University of Oregon and Oaksterdam University and was a Second-Degree Black Belt in Tae-Kwan-Do.

AJ is survived by his parents, Gary McMillan and Cindy (McMillan) Tempesta; his sisters and brother’s in-law Melissa McMillan and Matthew Reinke, Christina and Travis Carter; his new adorable little nephew Jagger Austin Carter; his uncles, aunts and cousins, and many friends who loved him.

AJ is now with his loving grandparents Kay Miner and A. Raymond McMillan and Patricia and Raymond Meier.  We are comforted by the knowledge he is at peace and loved here on earth as well as in heaven.

When you think of AJ, please celebrate the good memories you have of him. Remember that life is fragile and short and should be lived to the fullest.  To share memories please visit ww.TJMfuneral.com.

Please consider donating to Partnership for Drug Free Kids: drugfree.org.

Services will be private and the family will be having a Celebration of Life Memorial for AJ at a later date.
