William “Doc” Wagner, age 80, of Dallas, Texas passed away January 1, 2009. He was born on July 20, 1928, in Delphos, Kansas to Dr. William Wilson and Florence Elizabeth (Allison) Wagner of Nowata, Oklahoma. On August 22, 1952, he married Norma Wagner in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Doc proudly served his country in the U.S. Air Force. He earned a Bachelor’s degree from Oklahoma State. He worked for 3M for 17 years, and for Home Depot in Plano for the past 15 years. He is survived by his wife, Norma; and children, Dane Wagner and Leslie Wagner both of Dallas. His parents preceded him in death. Arrangements are under the direction of Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Directors.
