William A. "Boots" Sadler

Funeral Services for Mr. William A. “Boots” Sadler, 83 year old Trenton resident, are scheduled for 2:00 p.m. Tuesday March 17, 2015 at the King’s Trail Cowboy Church, located at 498 Bethel-Cannon Road, Whitewright, Texas. Burial will be in the Pleasant Grove Cemetery. Family visitation will be from 6 until 8 p.m. Monday March 16, 2015 at the Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Chapel at Leonard.

“Boots” was born November 16, 1931 at Vernon, Texas. His parents were William Holly and Bertha McAdams Sadler. He was a member of the Christian Church, a member of the International Union of Operating Engineers and he worked as a driller in the foundation construction business. He passed away at his residence Saturday March 14, 2015.

He is survived by his wife: Mary Sadler of Trenton; his daughter and son-in-law: Barbara and Richard Whiteley of Farmersville; his sons and daughters-in-law: Jimmy “Bo” and Karrie Sadler of Quitman and Randy and Grace Sadler of Kaufman; his sisters: Billie Harrison of Garland and Joyce Wright of Blue Ridge; his brothers and sisters-in-law: Charlie and Janie Sadler of Bonham and Donald and Ruby Sadler of Trenton; his 11 grandchildren; his 25 great grandchildren and his 6 great-great grandchildren, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Johnny Sadler, two sisters, Ruby Rushing and Opal Kaiser, and a daughter, Judy Louise Sadler Spencer.
