William Crim

William Crim of McKinney, Texas passed away October 5, 2013 at the age of 91. He was born October 7, 1921 to Glen Crim and Myrtle (Crockett) Crim in McKinney, Texas. William married Naomi Felicia Pitrone on March 9, 1947 in Boston Massachusetts. He served his country proudly in the United States Navy during WWII. William was a member of the North Baptist Church before it became Community North Baptist Church where he served as an usher for many years. He made toys during the year and delivered them to Scottish Rite Hospital at Christmas. 

William is survived by sons, Glen Crim and wife, Dottie of McKinney, Texas and Kent Crim and wife, Cindy of Corpus Christi, Texas; grandchildren, Troy Crim and wife, Angela of McKinney, Texas, Brandon Crim, Michelle Wickliffe and husband Jeff of Anna, Texas, Michael Johnson and wife Abbie of McKinney, Texas, Angie Davis and husband Jeremy of McKinney, Texas, Joshua Crim “Duke” of Corpus Christi, Texas; great-grandchildren, Ashlee, Josh, Jacob, Payton, Jaxson, Justin, Emma, Jada, Derrick, Bo, Jade, Jordan, Ryker; siblings, Glenda Sue Hunt of Rockwall, Texas, Ellen Hash of Richardson, Texas, Martha Willis of Richardson, Texas, Max Crim of Durant, Oklahoma, Fannie Mae Borders of Dallas, Texas and Clarence Crim of Farmerville, Texas. 

He was preceded in death by his wife; parents; three brothers and two sisters.

A funeral service will be held 10:00 a.m., Thursday, October 10, 2013 at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Chapel in Allen, Texas. Interment will follow the service at Ridgeview Memorial Park in Allen, Texas. The family will receive friends during a visitation on Wednesday evening from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
