Wilburn L. “Bill” Robbins, age 82, of Seguin, Texas formerly of Lewisville, Texas passed away on December 4, 2013. Bill was born to Roy Horace and Helen Roberta Gribble Robbins October 11, 1931 in Plano Texas. Bill will be remembered as a service technician for forty-one years at United Pump Supply. He was a former member of Lakeland Baptist Church in Lewisville, Texas.
He is survived by his son, Rick Robbins and wife Lisa; daughter, Rhonda Robbins; granddaughters, Dana Davis and husband Stuart and Lindsay Robbins; brother-in-law, Larry Reese and wife Shelley; sister-in-law, Carol Reese; nieces, Laurie Reese, Mandy Waters and husband David; nephews, Scott Reese and wife Maureen and Brian Reese; and many other loving family members and friends.
Bill was preceded in death by his loving wife of 58 years, Glenda Reese Robbins who passed away on October 10, 2013; parents; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Garnett and Viola Reese; brother-in-law, Jerry Reese, and nephew, Bruce Reese.
A funeral service will be held at 12:00 p.m., Wednesday, December 11, 2013 at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home Chapel in Allen, Texas with Rev. Dr. Ben Smith officiating. Interment will follow in Big Springs Cemetery in Richardson, Texas. The family will receive friends during a visitation one hour prior to the service.
