Mrs. Vivian McKinney, age 71, of Garland, Texas passed away on February 11, 2005, in Garland. She was born on November 23, 1933 to Alvin and Martha Ann Northsworthy in Alexandria, Louisiana. She married Don Corley McKinney on November 22, 1959 in Ft. Worth, Texas. Mrs. McKinney was a registered nurse. She served in the U.S. Air Force and was a member of the First Baptist Church in Garland. Her life revolved around her grandchildren. Mrs. McKinney is survived by her daughter, Martha Ann McKinney of Garland; son, Don McKinney of Princeton, Texas; and grandchildren, Tye and Lane McKinney. She was preceded in death by her husband in 1982. A memorial service will be held at 4:00 PM Monday February 14, 2005 in the Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Chapel.
