Vincent Clemente, Sr., age 68, of Plano, Texas, passed away May 12, 2009, in Plano. Vincent was born May 22, 1940, in Brooklyn, New York, to Thomas and Angelina (Pizzuto) Clemente. He married Arlene Bischoff on May 13, 1994 in New York. He grew up in Queens, New York. Vincent owned and operated Club 50 in Merrick, New York for thirteen years. He retired from the Veteran’s Administration after working for twenty-three years in the climate control division. Vincent enjoyed motorcycles, especially Harley-Davidsons. He is survived by his wife, Arlene Clemente of Plano, Texas; children, Lynn Wright and her husband, Adam of Baldwin, New York, Vincent Clemente, Jr. of Bellmore, New York, and Nicholas Clemente of Plano, Texas; grandchildren, Sara Wright, Daniel Wright, Thomas Clemente, and Anthony Clemente; sisters, Mary Pampena and her husband, Ralph of Smithtown, New York and Joann Rios of Baldwin, New York, and a host of other loving family and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents. A funeral service will be held at 4:00 P.M., Thursday, May 14, 2009, at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Chapel in Allen, Texas. The family will receive friends during a visitation to be held at 6:00 P.M., Wednesday evening at the funeral home. The family will also receive friends Thursday from 1:00 – 4:00 prior to the service.
