Vasant Patel, age 69, passed away on December 21st, 2014 at his residence in Little Elm, Texas. He was born on May 2nd, 1945 in Gujarat, India to Ramanlal and Rupariben Patel. Vasant married Bharati Patel on May 10th, 1968 in India. He worked as a Civil Engineer and owned construction business and tiles manufacture. He retired in 2000 as Executive engineer.

Vasant is survived by his wife, Bharati Patel of Little Elm, Texas; children, Falguni Amin (Hemant), Vaishali Patel (Nihal), Paulomi Patel (Bharat), Chaitasi Patel (Robert Weddle), Chandramauli Allidina (Rizwan); mother, Rupariben Patel; grandchildren, Ashna, Ashay, Arman, Mia, Simran, Joshua; two brothers, Naveen Patel and Nutan Patel. Vasant is preceded in death by his father and brother Bipin Patel.

Funeral Services will be held on Friday, December 26th, 2014 at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home in Allen, Texas starting with Visitation at 1:00PM followed by Funeral services at 2:00PM.
