Tommie Sue (Majors) McCracken, also known as Susie and Su Sue, passed into a better life Sep, 22. She was born in Seagraves April 29, 1941, to Arvell and Maydell Majors. She married Eldon L. McCracken Dec. 20, 1959 in Borger. She owned and operator Cabbage Patch Daycare in McKinney for several years.
She is survived by her husband, Eldon, daughters, Terry Sue McCracken, Tracy McCracken Worley and husband, Jerry Worley and her son, Todd N. McCracken and his wife, Jackie; grandchildren, Andrew McCracken, Casey McCracken, Brittney McCracken, Chelsey Worley and Dalton Worley, all of McKinney; brothers, Gene Majors of Borger and his wife, Barbara and Mack Majors of Pottsboro; nieces, Tereasa DeWilde, Shelley Terry, Shanna Scalf and husband, John of McKinney, Heather Baugh and husband, Vance of Gilmer and Lori Majors of Durant, Oklahoma, and many dear friends.
She was preceded in death by her father and mother, son, Randy Leon McCracken, and brother, Johnny Arvell Majors.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Sunday, September 25, 2005, in the Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Chapel with Rev. Joe Smith officiating. Interment will follow at Ridgeview Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 5:00-7:00 p.m. Saturday, September 24, 2005.
