Thomas Edward Franklin, age 57, of Frisco, Texas passed away on September 15, 2014. He was born on August 7, 1957 in Waco, Texas to Nellie Louise (Friel) and Thomas C. Franklin. He was a graduate of Baylor University and served 4 years as a 2nd Lieutenant in the US Marine Corps. After leaving the Marines, he went to work for JCPenney Co. On March 28, 1987, Thomas married Patricia Teresa Hogan in Plano, Texas. He next worked for Argo, a banking software company. His last employment was Mary Kay, Inc., where he worked for 16 years. He retired from the IT department at Mary Kay in June, 2014.

Thomas is survived by wife, Patty Franklin of Frisco, Texas; three children, Joanna Franklin of Little Elm, Texas, Molly Franklin of Frisco, Texas and Dennis Franklin of Frisco, Texas; two grandchildren, Tony Grasso and Megan Johnson; three sisters, Irene Davis (husband Barney) of Hewitt, Texas, Janice Worsham of Hewitt, Texas and Margaret Franklin of Alvin, Texas; many nieces, nephews and a host of friends.

In lieu of flowers, a donation can be made to St. Vincent de Paul Society at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church.
