Susan Lee Frazier, age 62, of Fairview, Texas, passed away January 27, 2009, in Fairview. Susan was born August 3, 1946 in Altoona, Pennsylvania, to Herbert and Eleanor (Furrer) Thomas. She married Jack Leonard Frazer on August 28, 1998, in McKinney, Texas. Susan was a nurse case manager for fifteen years at Medical Center of McKinney. She is survived by her daughter, Shari Reed of Dallas, Texas; son, Richard Deitz of Virginia; husband, J. Leonard Frazier of Fairview, Texas; granddaughter, Laura Deitz; and mother, Eleanor Thomas of Altoona, Pennsylvania. She was preceded in death by her father, Herbert Thomas, and her first husband, Richard Deitz. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M., Saturday, January 31, 2009, at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home in Allen, Texas with Rev. Danny Buster officiating. Interment will follow at Ridgeview Memorial Park in Allen, Texas. The family will receive friends during a visitation one hour prior to the service. Memorials may be made to the Sue Frazier Memorial Fund, Chase Bank 1204 Angel Parkway, Allen, Texas 75002. The memorial fund will be used to purchase a tree and a plaque to be planted at the Heritage Ranch Golf Course.
