Steven “Steve” Michael Gathright, age 33, of Plano, Texas, passed away December 10, 2015. Steve was born February 9, 1982, in Plano, Texas, to James and Karen (Gormly) Gathright.
He is survived by his father, James Gathright and wife Lottie of McKinney, Texas; mother, Karen Gathright of Plano, Texas; fiancée, Kristina Clark, also of Plano; sisters, Jamie Forsythe and husband, Greg of McKinney, Texas and Kristine Gathright of Frisco, Texas; nephews and nieces, Shaun Forsythe and Brooklynn Forsythe, both of McKinney and Jarvis Gathright and Mia Gathright, both of Frisco; grandmothers, Anita Gormly of Kingston, Oklahoma and Barbara Hamm of Muskogee, Oklahoma; and numerous other loving family members and friends.
He was preceded in death by his grandfathers, John Gormly and Don Gathright.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Sunday, December 20, 2015, at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Chapel in Allen, Texas. The family will receive friends during a memorial visitation from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m., Saturday, December 19 at the funeral home.
