Steven Cline of Fairview, Texas and formerly of White Oak, Texas went to be with his Lord Jesus Christ on Monday, November 21, 2011 at the age of 66. He was born April 14, 1945 to John S. and Dorothy L. Cline in Houston, Texas. Steven is a 1963 graduate of White Oak High School. He served his country in the United States Air Force for four years. Prior to becoming the proud owner and operator of White Oak Express Lube, Steve was employed at Crown, Cork and Seal for 24 years. During these years he enjoyed working as a cattle rancher. He was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother and uncle. Steven is survived by his adored wife Peggy J. Cline of Fairview; sons, Steve D. Cline and wife Jodi of Whitehouse; Tim R. Cline and wife Melissa of Allen; grandchildren, Brittany and Doug Brewer, Lauren Cline, Megan Cline, Sydnie Cline, Luke House and Hannah House; sister, Sandra Fuller and husband Harold of Longview; brother, John R. Cline and wife Debra of White Oak, Gary Cline and wife Judy of Midland: sister in law, Ann Stephens and husband Wyndoll, many nieces and nephews and a host of friends. Steven was preceded in death by parents John and Dorothy Cline and brother, Chester L. Cline. Funeral services will be held 10:30 a.m., Friday, November 25, 2011 at First Baptist Church of Allen with Pastor Chad Selph officiating. Interment to follow reception at White Oak Cemetery at 3:30 p.m. in White Oak, Texas. The family will receive friends and family during a viewing at 10:00 a.m. at the church.
