Stacey Darlene Constantine, age 44, of Tampa, Florida, passed away October 7, 2012. Stacey was born July 7, 1968, in Millington, Tennessee, to Gary A. and Brenda J. (Friddle) Constantine, where her father was stationed with the U.S. Navy. As a young girl, the family was transferred to Virginia Beach, Virginia. Upon her father’s retirement in 1978, Stacey and her family moved to Winnsboro, Texas for a year, and then to Plano Texas. She graduated from Plano Senior High School in 1986, where she was a member of the Planoette Drill Team as well as other school organizations.

She attended the University of Arkansas, graduating in 1991, with honors, from the Sam Walton College of Business obtaining a B.S.B.A. degree with a specialization in Marketing Management. Stacey began her career as marketing director for Central Mall in Texarkana, Texas. Before becoming a fulltime mother, she was Southeast Regional Vice President of General Growth Properties. She was based in Naples, Florida, and loved living by the ocean and spending her free time boating and deep sea fishing. She loved to travel, being with her friends, loved music, but above all else loved her daughters, Abby and Sarah and her beloved dog, Roxy.

She is survived by her parents, Gary and Brenda Constantine of Plano, Texas; daughters, Abigail Alyssa Gunn and Sarah McKenzie Gunn of Lakeland, Florida; sister, Tamara Bennett and husband, Joel; twin sister, Stephanie Dawn Constantine; niece, Brooke Bennett, all of Plano, Texas; nephews, Blake Bennett of Plano, Ryland and Jeremy Scarth, of Belvedere, California; aunts, Ginger Constantine Navarrete and Sherry Nation of California; and numerous other loving family and friends.

A funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Monday, October 15, 2012, at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Chapel in Allen, Texas. Interment will follow at 4:00 p.m., at Lee Cemetery in Winnsboro, Texas. The family will receive friends during a visitation from 4:00 – 6:00 p.m., Sunday at the funeral home.
