Mr. Shawn Walker, age 39, of McKinney, Texas passed away October 23, 2010, at his home. He was born on June 23, 1971, in Springfield, Missouri to Perry William and Patricia Sue (Wolfe) Walker. Shawn owned and operated S W Pools located in McKinney/Frisco, Texas. He is survived by his children, Amanda Walker of Mabank, Texas, Emily Walker and Jacob Walker both of Frisco, Texas; father, Perry W. Walker and his wife, Sandra of Dunlap, Illinois; mother, Patricia “Patty” Walker of Springfield, Missouri; sisters, Coleen Fritz and husband, David of Warrensburg, Missouri, Kelley Steger and husband, Marty of Pekin, Illinois and Nicole Hirsch and husband, Mike of Peoria, Illinois; and grandparents, Ray and Lola Wolfe of Ozark, Missouri. Shawn was preceded in death by his brother, Perry Anthony Walker; and grandmother, Lydia Letsch. Shawn’s family will receive guests at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home, Tuesday, October 26, 2010 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM with a prayer service starting at 7:00 PM. Arrangements are under the direction Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Directors. Graveside services will be held at 1:00 PM, Thursday, October 28, 2010, at the Galena Cemetery in Galena, Missouri. The family will receive friends for a visitation prior to the service at the cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Stump Funeral Home.
