Sharon Kay Fisk Knowles, age 47, of Celina, Texas, passed away July 10, 2015. Sharon was born September 14, 1967, in Waxahachie, Texas, to Daniel R. and Martha (Hamilton) Fisk. She married Steven Lynn Knowles on May 27, 1989, in Sherman, Texas. Sharon loved her family dearly and loved taking care of her pets. She also loved attending her daughter’s softball games, taking rides on her golf cart in the evenings, and visiting the beach and the mountains.
She is survived by her husband, Steven Lynn Knowles; daughters, Brittanie Paige Knowles, Lindsie Kay Knowles, and Halie Lynn Knowles, all of Celina, Texas; mother, Martha Fisk of Sherman, Texas; brothers, Richard Fisk and Gary Fisk, both of Sherman; and sister, Laurie Fisk, also of Sherman.
She was preceded in death by her father, Daniel R. Fisk and father-in-law, R. J. Knowles.
A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, July 16, 2015, at First United Methodist Church, 112 N. Colorado St., Celina, Texas, 75009. Interment will follow at Ridgeview Memorial Park in Allen, Texas. The family will receive friends during a visitation from 7:00 – 9:00 p.m., Wednesday evening at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home in Allen.
