Mr. Scott Murdoch, age 43, of Blue Ridge, Texas, passed away December 1, 2004, at his home. He was born September 17, 1961, in Dallas, Texas, to Don Merriman and Betsy (Wise) Murdoch. He attended McKinney High School and served in the U. S. Marine Corps. He married Stephanie Lennon on April 1, 2000, in McKinney, Texas. Mr. Murdoch was in the entertainment industry and traveled throughout the United States designing and managing night clubs. He was of the Methodist faith. He is survived by his wife, Stephanie of Blue Ridge; father, Don Murdoch of McKinney, Texas; uncle, Robert Wise and wife, Barbara; cousins, Terry Lynam and Sandy Wise; numerous other loving relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his mother, Betsy Wise Sandlin. A memorial service will be held at 4:00 P.M., Saturday, December 11, 2004, in the Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Chapel. Scott’s urn will be buried next to his mother in Hazlehurst, Mississippi.
