Sandy Kay Thomas, age 46, of Princeton, Texas passed away June 30, 2010. She was born May 7, 1964, in McKinney to Jackie and Mary (Miller) Edwards. Sandy married David Thomas on September 6, 1985 in Princeton. She was a member of Faith Baptist Church in Princeton. She is survived by her husband, David Thomas of Princeton; daughters, Meagan and Paige Thomas of Princeton; Granddaughter, Haylee Hughes of Princeton; parents, Kathy and Jack Edwards of Anna, Texas; sister, Lorrie White and husband Jody of Anna, Texas; brother, Johnny Edwards of McKinney; father and mother in-law, Delton and Bessie Thomas of Blue Ridge, Texas; brother-in-law, Keith Thomas and wife Denise of McKinney; 2 nieces; 1 nephew; a host of other loving family and friends. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, July 3, 2010 at Faith Baptist Church in Princeton, Texas, with Rev. Stan Fike officiating. Interment will follow at Princeton Cemetery. Family and friends are invited to the funeral home at their convenience to pay their respects and to sign the register book on Friday. The family will receive friends during a visitation on Friday evening beginning at 6:00 p.m.
