Sandra Jean Parker Williams

Sandra Jean (Parker) Williams, age 73, of Frisco, Texas and wife of 52 years of Douglas Williams, went to be with her Lord and Savior on July 20, 2013 at her home in Frisco. She was born on January 26, 1940 in Dresden, Tennessee, the daughter of Mary (Sanderson) and Russell Clanton Parker. Sandra graduated from Treadwell High School in Memphis, attended the University of Memphis for 3 years and worked at the Methodist Hospital as an OBGYN technician. Sandra was involved with the Memphis Theatre and was in several TV commercials, including Silver Dollar City in Missouri and Tennessee. Sandra and her family lived in Memphis until moving to Dallas in 1983. She was an active member at the Independent Presbyterian Church in Memphis and a member of the Christ Community Church in Frisco PCA, in Frisco.

Sandra was a devoted Christian wife, mother and grandmother, she is survived by her husband, Douglas Williams; daughter, Lisa Hallmann; two grandchildren, Kelley and Chad Hallmann of Frisco, Texas; two sisters, Elizabeth Smith and Mary Hackbarth of Hastings, Michigan.

A Graveside Service will be held at Ridgeview West Memorial Park in Frisco on Tuesday, July 23, 2013 at 2:30 PM. A Memorial Service will be held at Christ Community Church, 9250 Pasadena Drive #100, Frisco, Texas 75034, at 4:00 PM on Tuesday, July 23, 2013. Family and friends are invited to the William’s Home, 8403 Pioneer Drive, Frisco, Texas 75033, following the Memorial Service for a Visitation.
