Samuel James Vincenyo

Former Erie, Pa resident Samuel James Vincenyo, age 75, passed away Friday August 17th, 2012 at his home in Frisco, TX. He was born on June 5, 1937 in Brockway Pennsylvania, son of the late John(Butchie) and Pompy Vincenyo and attended Brockway High School. He served in the United States Army based in Germany from 1960 to 1962. He was a member of Nazionale and Siebenbuerger Clubs of Erie, Pa and was an avid bowler all his life and at the age of 65 rolled his only 300 perfect game. He will always be remembered for his big heart, his jokes and funny stories.
 
Samuel is survived by his loving wife Judith Aichner of 46 years, one daughter Patricia Marie and her children Samantha, Michael and K.C. of  Santa Maria, CA, one son Michael and his wife Rose of Plano, TX.  He is also survived by his sister Patricia Spare of Hilliard, OH. 
 
He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers Ronald and Barney Vincenyo.
 
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St Tobias Catholic Church, 1135 Hewitt Street, Brockway, PA 15824 at 10:00 AM on Saturday, August 25th.  Interment  will be at St Tobias Cemetery.
