Rueben Odell Wilder, age 86, of McKinney, Texas passed away October 19, 2011. He was born July 25, 1925 in Valdasta, Texas to Loyd W. Wilder and Elizabeth Jane (Ingram) Wilder. On July 3, 1948 he married Maxine Priscilla Evans in Blue Ridge, Texas. Rueben was a member of Community North Baptist Church in McKinney for 50 years. He is survived by his wife, Maxine Evans Wilder of McKinney, Texas and son, Randall O. Wilder of McKinney, Texas. He was preceded in death by his parents and son, Stanley C. Wilder. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m., Monday, October 24, 2011 at Community North Baptist Church with Rev. Bruce Austin officiating. Interment will follow at Restland Memorial Park, Dallas, Texas. Family and friends are invited to the funeral home at their convenience on Sunday to pay their respects and to sign the register book. The family will receive friends during a visitation on Sunday evening from 5:00-8:00 p.m., at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home, Allen, Texas.
