Ruby Louise Hill, age 90, of McKinney, Texas passed away January 9, 2011. She was born August 8, 1920 in Celina, Texas to John Henry Keller and Huey Corrine (Beibers) Keller. On February 17, 1937 Ruby married Eugene Hill in Durant, Oklahoma. She worked for many years at the Cotton Mill and Collin Memorial Hospital. She is survived by her daughter, Melba Scalf and husband, Kennith of McKinney, Texas; sons, Jimmy Hill of McKinney, Texas, Don Hill and wife, Connie of McKinney, Texas, Mitchell Hill and wife, Vickey of Celina, Texas; daughter, Debra Gonzales of McKinney, Texas; sixteen grandchildren, thirty-four great-grandchildren, thirteen great-great-grandchildren; sisters, Faye Riley and Raye Hancock. She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Huey Keller; husband, Eugene Hill; son, Marion Hill; several brothers and sisters; granddaughter, Patti Hill; great-grandson, Byron Scalf and daughter-in-law, Lucille Hill. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, January 13, 2011, in the Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Chapel with Dr. Bruce Austin officiating. Interment will follow at Pecan Grove Cemetery, McKinney, Texas. The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 p.m., Wednesday, at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home, Allen, Texas.
