Roman V. Norkiewicz, age 67, passed away November 12, 2010. Roman was born March 28, 1943, in Detroit, Michigan, to Roman Francis and Julia (Sosnoski) Norkiewicz. He married Geraldine Penelope Christopher on February 25, 1963, in Warren, Michigan. Roman grew up in Michigan. He was a sales manager for TECC Corporation for around thirty years. Roman enjoyed riding his Harley as well as gardening, reading, and home improvement projects. He was of the Catholic faith. He is survived by his wife, Penny Norkiewicz; children, Gregory Norkiewicz and wife, Frances, Brian Norkiewicz and wife, Victoria, Pamela Dunham, Kelley Garza and husband, Jay, and Keith Norkiewicz and wife, Leslie; fourteen grandchildren; sister, Maryann Kuzborski and husband, Edward; and a host of other family and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Roberta Thomas. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Monday, November 15, 2010, at Ridgeview Memorial Park in Allen, Texas. The family will receive friends during a visitation beginning at 5:00 p.m., Sunday evening at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home in Allen, Texas.
