Robert Bruce (Brucie) McClintock Jr. went to be with the Lord on August 11, 2010 in Plano, TX. He was born on January 23,1960 in Belleville, N.J. to Robert B. McClintock Sr. and Susan M. Lewis. He is survived by his parents, Robert B. McClintock Sr. and wife Suzi, of McKinney TX, and Susan M. Lewis of McKinney TX. Also, sisters Pam Ray and husband Stuart of Conroe, TX; Kelly Lane of Forney, TX; Heather Scruggs of McKinney, TX; step sister Joanna Castle and husband Bill of Blue Ridge,TX. Brother Chris McClintock and wife Jackie of Princeton TX; Aunts Jean McClintock of Shelter Island N.Y and Nancy Harris of Kerrville, TX. Brucie is also survived by grandfather Kenneth Harris and wife Dolores of Kerrville,TX. a nd step grandmother Doris McClintock of Shelter Island, N.Y. Plus, ten nieces and nephews. Brucie spent many happy years as a resident of a group home; sponsored by Collin County Department of Mental Health and Mental Retardation ( currently identified as LifePath Systems ).The family wishes to thank Pat Dobson and all the staff that provided love and a comfortable living environment. He was proceeded in death by his paternal grandparents Donald McClintock of Lincroft, N.J.; Kathryn Knight of Sarasota, Fl.; maternal grandmother Julie Harris of Kerrville,TX.; and, step sister Suzanne Jones of McKinney TX. Brucie was our special son, a beautiful child that glowed with love. So innocent and pure. He returned to heaven to shine like the stars to light the way for all of us. He is a child of God. We will always remember your smile, your happiest times and how you enriched our lives. Beyond the rainbow and the stars, you have been taken back to be with the Lord and will always be in our hearts . Memorial services will be held at: First Presbyterian Church, 2000 West White St. Mckinney, Texas 75069 on Sunday August 22.2010 at 2:30 P.M.with Danny Buster Officiating.
