IN LOVING MEMORY

Robert Pierce Fraze

Jan 31 1933 - May 29 2005

Mr. Robert Pierce Fraze if you read these few words of Bob’s obituary and look into this man's beautiful eyes. You have been touched by loving eyes, which focused only on God during Bob’s passing moments here on earth. And a mind and heart that appreciated gaining wisdom from his mistakes and thereby, loving mankind unconditionally. If you did not know “Daddy Bob” as he was so affectionately called by his working peers at Southwest Airlines in Dallas! Or “Honey” as he was affectionately called his precious wife “Punkin” (Janice) of 53 loving years… or as “Daddy” from his three daughters, the late Deena Marie who he must certainly be enjoying holding her close to his heart again after 25 years of missing her on earth! Or from his surviving daughters, Diane and (husband Gary) and Robbin and (husband Joe) who will forever miss not being able to hear the precious voice of our Daddy again until we meet him in heaven again. You have sadly missed out on NOT having your heart eternally touched by this special human being. For he was foremost in his life, a man of the Lord. It didn’t matter much to him where you went to Church…but, more… do you love and know our precious Lord in Heaven? Are you ready to give your life to the Lord? Daddy found his peace and wanted all in his reach to know the peace he had… even while loosing his earthly life to cancer. Bob was born on January 31, 1933 in Allen, Texas to Robert and Willie Mae (Bell) Fraze. He married his high school sweetheart on September 22, 1951 in Allen. He remarried his sweetheart on their 50th wedding anniversary in an elaborate event held by his two surviving children and 10 grandchildren and five great grandchildren. They were a beautiful example of what the Lord teaches about marriage. May we honor him by emulating his example of living? Bob passed away on May 29, 2005 in the loving arms of his beloved wife and surrounded by family. A memorial service will be held at 3:00 PM, Thursday, June 2, 2005 at the White Rock Church of Christ at 9220 Ferguson Road, Dallas, TX 75228. Memorials may be made to Southwest Airlines Catastrophic Fund attn Chris Shumate or any cancer research fund.
