Richard William Dill, age 54, of Dallas, Texas, passed away October 21, 2014, in Dallas. Rick was born November 21, 1959, in Albuquerque, New Mexico, to Robert James and Carolyn J. (Evans) Dill, Jr. He grew up in Boulder, Colorado. Rick graduated from Fairview High School where he was active in choir activities. As a senior, he was a member of Excalibur Show Choir. He attended the University of Colorado. Rick spent his career as a chef and his hobbies were skiing and golf. He was also an avid fan of the Denver Broncos.
He is survived by his parents, James and Carolyn Dill of Fairview, Texas; sisters, Robyn Russell and husband, Mike of Broomfield, Colorado and Wendi Taylor and husband, Jeffery of Plano, Texas; nephews, Jeremy Ryder and Sam Taylor; niece, Lydia Taylor; and aunt, Nancy Longman and husband, Richard of Kelowna, BC, Canada.
He was preceded in death by his daughter, Grace Dill.
A committal service will be held at a later date in Colorado.
