Reagan Marie Underwood, age 75, of McKinney, Texas passed away May 7, 2009. She was born May 22, 1933 in Abilene, Texas to William Wiley and Mary (Glasscock) Rainwater. Reagan was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith. She was the former owner of Underwood’s Barbecue in McKinney from 1972-1984. She is survived by her sons, Steve Underwood and wife, Cindy of Coppell, Texas, Ronnie Underwood and wife, Kacie of San Antonio, Texas and Eddie Underwood and wife, Lisa of Addison, Texas; daughters, Cyndi Sims of Allen, Texas and Lisa Avant and husband, David of Terrell, Texas, nine grandchildren, one great-grandchild and son-in-law, Kent Cooper of Whitehouse, Texas. Preceding her in death were her parents, William and Mary Rainwater; daughter, Tammy Cooper; husband and friend, Delton Underwood and son-in-law, Mike Sims. Funeral services will be held at 12:00 Noon, Tuesday, May 12, 2009, in the Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Chapel. Interment will follow at Ridgeview Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 p.m., Monday, at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home, Allen, Texas.
