Raymond Watson Smith, age 76 of Frisco, Texas passed away November 26, 2009. He was born August 3, 1933 in Aubrey, Texas to Leonard Smith and Velma (James). On August 25, 1952, Raymond married Thelma Petty in McKinney, Texas. He was a member of the Liberty Baptist Church. Raymond is survived by his wife, Thelma Smith of Frisco, Texas; three sons, Charles Smith and his wife, Debra of McKinney, Texas, Danny Smith and his wife, Opal of Frisco, Texas, and Tim Smith and his wife Kim of Little Elm, Texas; daughter, Cindy Crouch and her husband John of Little Elm, Texas; eight grandchildren, Brandy Moore and her husband, Billy of Wylie, Texas, Tiffany Burk and her husband, Chris of Wylie, Texas, Ralph Bermea and his wife, Jessica of Lewisville, Texas, Crystal Mauermann of Little Elm, Texas, John Crouch of Little Elm, Texas, Tyler Smith of McKinney, Texas, Shelby Smith of McKinney, Texas, and Brandon Mauermann of Little Elm, Texas; four great grandchildren, Aubrey Moore, Christian Burk, James Moore, and Cameron Burk; one brother, Thomas Smith of Savoy, Texas. Raymond is preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Terry Smith. A Funeral Service will be held at Liberty Baptist Church in Frisco, Texas on Monday, November 30, 2009 at 2:00 PM. In interment will follow at Pecan Grove Cemetery. The family will receive friends during a visitation at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home in Frisco on Sunday, November 29, 2009 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
