Ramon Montelongo Navarro passed on to be with his mom, November 5, 2009, in Arlington, Texas surrounded by his loved ones. He was born August 11, 1947 in Sinton, Texas to Leon and Eulalia Navarro. He is survived by his wife of forty-one years, Ayra Navarro; children, Beth Mace and husband, Charles of Prosper, Texas, Nelda Dimas and husband, Rudy of Celina, Texas, Becky Navarro and husband, Richard, Dolores Richardson and husband, J.C., Anita Navarro and husband Elder, both of Arlington, Texas, Ramon Navarro, Jr. and wife, Angela of Ft. Worth, Texas, and Little Ayra “Irie” Dill and husband, Wesley of Burneyville, Oklahoma; grandchildren, Little Charlie, Olivia, Noah, Aubrey, Lauren, Tyler, Austin, Ranee, and Stormie; great-grandchildren, Julian, Zaydyn, Reid, Brynlee; father, Leon Navarro of McKinney, Texas; brothers, Johnny Navarro of Garland, Texas and Henry Navarro of Mesquite, Texas; sisters, Lupe Gonzales of Rowlett, Texas and Maria Mackey of Garland, Texas; and many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his mother, Eulalia Navarro. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, November 13, 2009, at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Chapel in Allen, Texas with Pastor Mark Crawford officiating. Interment will follow at Ridgeview Memorial Park in Allen, Texas. The family will receive friends during a visitation from 6:00 – 9:00 p.m., Thursday evening at the funeral home.
