Ralph R. Stevens, age 89, of Howe, Texas, passed away October 23, 2014, in Howe. Ralph was born October 20, 1925, in Lubbock, Texas, to Edison and Nell (Woods) Stevens. He proudly served in the United States Navy.
He is survived by his wife, Annie B. Stevens of Howe, Texas; daughters, Clara Dement and husband, Dwain of Van Alstyne, Texas, Kathleen Noble of Wylie, Texas, Anita Stevens, Juanita Stevens, and Rhonda Stevens, all of McKinney, Texas: son, J. R. Stevens, also of McKinney; grandchildren, Bryan Dement and wife, Jennifer, Douglas Dement and wife, Payton, Chad Noble and wife, Stacie, Cameron Noble, Chelsea Noble, Kylee King and husband, Kris, and Darcee Watson and husband, George; five great-grandchildren; and sisters, Wanda Vaughn and husband, Wayne of McKinney, Texas and Linda Watts and husband, Carl, also of McKinney.
He was preceded in death by his parents, daughter, Merleen Dodd, brothers, Jackie Stevens and Jerry Stevens.
A remembrance gathering will be held at the family residence on Sunday, October 26, 2014, from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m.
