Ralph Judd was born January 1, 1932 at Denison, Texas to Wesley Judd and Zelma Stephens Judd. He married Alice Ayres on February 1, 1957 at Whitewright, Texas. He died Monday, May 7, 2012 at Texas Health Presbyterian - WNJ in Sherman, Texas at the age of 80.

Ralph served his nation during the Korean War in the U.S. Air Force. He was a member and Past Master of the Whitewright Masonic Lodge, a member of the Whitewright American Legion, and the Sons of the American Legion in Pottsboro. He was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Whitewright.

He is survived by daughter, Gina Hicks and husband Jerry of Whitewright; son, Charles Judd and wife Becky of Whitewright; son, Howard Judd and wife Deanne of Bells; daughter, Renea Judd of Whitewright; grandchildren, Jared Hicks, Charlotte Judd, Allison Hill, Taelor Duckworth, and Baelee Duckworth; great-grandsons, Benjamin and Aiden Hicks; great-granddaughters, Kalie and Kenzie Hill; sister, Beverly Capps of Tom Bean; sister, Mary Jones of Tom Bean; numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Alice Judd; brothers, Douglas and Stephen Judd; sister, Eutolia Farkas.

Funeral Services will be held 2:00 PM, Thursday, May 10, 2012 at First United Methodist Church, Whitewright, Texas. Officiating the service will be Rev. Charlie Freeman and Rev. Frank Rahm. Burial will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery in Whitewright, Texas. Pallbearers will be Charles Judd, Howard Judd, Jerry Don Hicks, Jared Hicks, Butch Duckworth, and Larry Jones. Honorary Pallbearers will be Richard Hill, Kerry Jones and Connie Andrew. Military Honors will be provided by Honor Guard, Sheppard Air Force Base. Masonic Graveside Services will be performed by the Whitewright Masonic Lodge.

Family and friends are invited to the funeral home at their convenience on Wednesday to pay their respects and to sign the register book. The family will receive friends during a visitation on Wednesday, May 9, 2012 from 6-8pm at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home, Whitewright, Texas.
