Mr. RA Walsh, age 83 of Haltom City, Texas, passed away July 20, 2005 in Fort Worth, Texas. He was born on June 26, 1922 in Randolph, Texas to Pat and Ida (Martin) Walsh. He was a veteran of the U. S. Army Air Force. On March 23, 1946, he married Alta Lee Riley in Montana. Mr. Walsh’s trade was painting and he was of the Baptist faith. Survivors include his four daughters, Linda Risner of McKinney, Texas, Sharon Lowry of Fort Worth, Texas, Anita Wood of Fort Worth, and Wanda Nelson of Quinlan, Texas; his son, David Walsh of Tom Bean, Texas; 10 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; brother, Hubert Walsh of Merced, California; and several nieces and nephews. His wife, Alta Lee Walsh; two brothers; four sisters; and one great-grandson preceded him in death. A graveside service will be held at 10:00 AM, Saturday, July 23, 2005, at Wilson Chapel Cemetery in McKinney, Texas. Visitation will be from 7:00 PM until 9:00 PM Friday evening at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home.
