Peggy May Kingston of Lindale, Texas passed away October 4, 2013 at the age of 87. She was born May 19, 1926 to Ernest and Minnie Huff in Wichita Falls, Texas. Peggy was a devoted fan of the Texas Rangers and the Dallas Mavericks. She also enjoyed playing card games. Peggy especially loved her Lord, family, church and her numerous HAWL friends. She was a very caring and loving person. Peggy was a member of South Main Church of Christ in Lindale, Texas.
She is survived by her sons, Jim May and wife, Cynthia of Plano, Texas, Rick May and wife, Charlie of Richardson, Texas, and Mark May and wife, Terri of Mesquite, Texas; six grandchildren; seven great-granddaughters, and one great-great-granddaughter.
Peggy was preceded in death by her husbands, Larry Kingston and George May; son, Michael May; parents, Ernest and Minnie Huff; and sisters, Ernestine Buzzell, Thurma Huff and Christine Pipes.
A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, October 8, 2013 at Ridgeview Memorial Park in Allen, Texas with Minister Alan Poteet officiating. Family and friends are invited to Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home in Allen, Texas at their convenience on Monday to pay their respects and to sign the register book.
A memorial service will be held at 10:30 a.m., Wednesday, October 9, 2013 at South Main Church of Christ in Lindale, Texas with Minister Ira Lynn officiating.
