Mrs. Peggy Ann Kemp Bell, age 74, of Pottsboro, Texas, formerly of McKinney, Texas, passed away April 19, 2006, in Denison, Texas. She was born September 23, 1931, in Caddo Mills, Texas to Ray and Odessa (Minton) Webb. She married J. Thomas Bell, DDS on July 11, 1995 in Durant, Oklahoma. She retired from Texas Instruments in Richardson where she worked for many years. She was a member of the Waddill Street Baptist Church of McKinney, Texas, the VFW Auxiliary Post #7873, and the Preston Volunteer Emergency Services Auxiliary. She is survived by her husband, J. Thomas; sons Jerry Lynn Kemp and wife Kathy of Oxford, Alabama and Terry Dale Kemp of Pottsboro, Texas; stepchildren Jim Bell of Garland, Jack Bell of Austin, Pam Morris of Austin, Patti Mayhall of Athens, Texas; Grandsons Brandyn Scott and Dylan Lee Kemp of Prosper. She was preceded in death by her husband Glen Dale Kemp. Graveside service will be held at 12:00 p.m., Friday, April 21, 2006, at Ridgeview Memorial Park with Rev. Woody Wilson officiating. Family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 pm, Thursday, at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home.
