Paul Joseph Schweikert, age 92, of Richardson, Texas, passed away April 3, 2008, in Richardson. Paul was born January 22, 1916 in Cincinnati, Ohio, to Paul Baptist and Marguerite (Fallert) Schweikert. He married Loyce Owens Kent on December 27, 1941 in Covington, Kentucky. Paul proudly served in the United States Army during World War II. He retired in 1983 from Shenango China Company, at the age of sixty-seven, after winning many awards as their top salesman. He was a member of St. Paul The Apostle Catholic Church in Richardson. Paul enjoyed life to the fullest and was deeply loved by his family and many wonderful friends. God rest his soul. He is survived by his children, Loyce Ann Shirley and her husband, Wayne of North Richland Hills, Texas, Paul Kent Schweikert and his wife Sharon of Arlington, Texas, Mary Jane Sanders of Richardson, Texas, and James Richard Schweikert and his wife, Judy of Dallas, Texas; in addition, Paul was the oldest of eight children and is survived by his brother, Richard Schweikert and his wife, Gert; sisters, Marie Marois and her husband, Larry and Naomi Huber, all of Cincinnati, Ohio; eight grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Paul and Marguerite Schweikert, wife, Loyce Schweikert, brothers, Robert and Bobby, sisters, Ruth and Marguerite. A funeral mass will be held at 1:00 PM, Monday, April 7, 2008 at St. Paul The Apostle Catholic Church in Richardson, Texas with Father David Flores officiating. A rosary will be held at 6:00 PM, Sunday, April 6, 2008 at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Chapel in Allen, Texas.
