Mr. Paul Joseph Pruszynski, age 23, of McKinney, Texas passed away January 9, 2011, in Tyler, Texas. Paul was born on October 14, 1987, in Ft. Worth, Texas to Charles Joseph and Karletta Dee (Bates) Pruszynski. He was a senior attending East Texas Baptist University in Marshall, Texas. Paul was a member of Stonebriar Community Church in Frisco, Texas. Paul was an extraordinary young man who died suddenly due to natural causes while on his way back to college for his second senior semester. He loved his Lord, his family, and his dogs. He enjoyed his books and movies, hiked all over the Southwestern United States, and was a talented amateur photographer. He was looking forward to a career in media and will be missed tremendously by all who knew him. He is survived by his parents, Charles and Karletta Pruszynski of McKinney; sister, Jessica Pruszynski of Milwaukee, Wisconsin; grandparents, Gerald and Bobbie Bates of Weatherford, Texas; maternal great-grandmother, Jessie Bates of Amarillo, Texas; and many other loving family members and friends. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, January 13, 2011, at Stonebriar Community Church in Frisco, Texas with Dr. John Hannah officiating. The family will receive friends for a visitation from 7:00-8:30 p.m., Wednesday at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home in Allen, Texas.
