Paul Frederick Hoffman, age 57, of Plano, Texas, passed away June 15, 2009, in Plano. Paul was born January 21, 1952, in Madison, Wisconsin, to Louis Frederick and Amy Maxine (McCutchin) Hoffman. He married Mary Alice Rolli on August 4, 1973 in Madison, Wisconsin. Mary preceded him in death in August of 1988. Paul later married Cynthia Akers Arrington on July 16, 1994, in Plano, Texas. Paul was very involved with the Boys Scouts of America, Troop 1000, in Plano, Texas and the father of three Eagle Scouts. Paul was a mortgage broker and the owner of FCMC, Inc. dba First Capitol Financial Services. He was also a member of TMBA – Texas Mortgage Brokers Association. He is survived by his daughter, Tara Hoffman; sons, Kevin Hoffman, Alan Hoffman, all of Providence Village, Texas and Brian Hoffman of Plano, Texas; step-daughter, Emily Arrington of Minneapolis, Minnesota; step-son, Vadim Koenen, of Plano, Texas; girlfriend, Galina Koenen of Plano, Texas; brothers, John Hoffman and his wife, Karen of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Karl Hoffman of Marion, Louisiana, and Glenn Hoffman and his wife, Margaret of Madison, Wisconsin; sister-in-law, Barbara Hoffman of Richardson, Texas; brother-in-law, Dean Brunner of Mt. Horeb, Wisconsin; and several nieces, nephews, and other relatives. He was also preceded in death by his parents, brother, Louis Hoffman in 2007, sister-in-law, Dorothy Brunner in 1993, and his aunt, Rheta McCutchin in 2007. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M., Sunday, June 21, 2009, at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Chapel in Allen, Texas. Interment will follow at Ridgeview Memorial Park. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
