Patricia Swann, age 51 of Frisco, Texas passed away on December 17, 2011 at her home in Frisco surrounded by the love of her family and friends. She was born on August 3, 1960 in Cleveland, Ohio to Arthur Irving and Judith (Stein) Wolfe. Patricia married David William Swann on May 29, 1988 in Cleveland, Ohio. She was a teacher at SOC School in Frisco. She is survived by her husband, David William Swann of Frisco, Texas; children, Andrew William Swann, Dana Elizabeth Swann and Eric Joseph Swann all of Frisco, Texas; parents, Art and Judy Wolfe of Chesterland, Ohio; sister, Rebecca Joy Wolfe and her husband, Ross Ellenhorn of Arlington, Massachusetts; brother, Sander Louis Wolfe and his wife, Janice of Mayfield Heights, Ohio; eight nieces and nephews and many friends. A Memorial Service will be held at 4 PM on Monday, December 19, 2011 at the FISD Administration Building at 5515 Ohio Drive in Frisco, Texas. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Frisco Education Foundation, Patricia W. Swann Memorial Fund. Checks should be made payable to Frisco Education Foundation (FEF) and mailed to P.O.
