Norma P. Farris of Frisco, Texas passed away on August 14, 2013. She was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma on March 31, 1936. Her parents were Oral E. and Winona G. Parsons who preceded her in death. She attended Oklahoma State University and was affiliated with Kappa Kappa Gamma Sorority. She was employed for many years by Atlantic Richfield Company and later by Rockwell International Corporation.

Norma was a loving and generous wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend. She was the kindest, gentlest and sweetest person one could know. Norma will be truly missed by family and friends.

She is survived by her loving husband, Roy Farris of Frisco, Texas. They were married on January 21, 1972 creating a blended family with five surviving children, Richard Drane and his wife, Robin of Plano, Texas, Richard Farris and his wife, Julie of Farmers Branch, Texas, Deborah Krause and her husband, Jeff of Cypress, Texas, David Drane of Tulsa, Oklahoma and Ray Farris and his wife, Tamara of Frisco, Texas. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and her brother Ronald D. Parsons of Tulsa, Oklahoma.

As Norma requested she was buried after a private family ceremony at Ridgeview West Memorial Park in Frisco, Texas.
