Mrs. Nellie Lee Campbell, age 86, of Wolfe City, Texas, passed away June 21, 2005, in Van Alstyne, Texas. She was born January 17, 1919, in Bowie, Texas, to Homer A. and Bevie (Mitchell) Dodd. She married Paul Mark Campbell on February 10, 1940, in Pickton, Texas. Mrs. Campbell was a homemaker and of the Assembly of God faith. She is survived by her daughter, Shelia Warne and husband, Steve, and Shirley Duty and husband, Charles, all of Anna, Texas, and Mary Paulita Landry and husband, Glen of Mauriceville, Texas; son, Larry Mark Campbell and wife, Connie of Wolfe City, Texas; brothers, Homer Dodd and wife, Jean of Sulphur Springs, Texas, and Harvey Dodd of Como, Texas; sister, Mona Carpenter of Sulphur Springs, Texas; 11 grandchildren; and 9 great-grandchildren. Her husband, parents and 6 brothers preceded her in death. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 A.M., Thursday, June 23, 2005, in the Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Chapel with Rev. Kevan Brown officiating. Interment will follow at Ridgeview Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 7:00 to 9:00 P.M., Wednesday, at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home.
