Nancy founded Stonebridge Healthcare Consulting LLC, which is a small boutique consulting practice that assists physicians and hospitals. This was a culmination of more than 30 years of executive healthcare management experience in California, Louisiana, Illinois, Massachusetts and Texas. As dedicated as she was to her work, Nancy shined when she was at home. A tremendous talent in the kitchen, she was passionate about sharing her table with friends and family. She traveled extensively and used the opportunity to extend her culinary knowledge at cooking schools she visited. Often described by friends, family and colleagues alike as a “spitfire”, Nancy was most fierce in her love, support and caring for her family. She was a pillar of strength, and had a great and lasting impact on those close to her: her husband David “Mr. Mecodangelo” Gardner; her four children: Dawna Villinger-Kunz and her husband Brian Kunz, Jeniffer Lee, Stephen Gardner, Michael Gardner and his wife Amanda Brookshire; three grandchildren: Raemy Villinger and Zander Villinger and Leland Gardner; her parents; her four sisters: MaryAnn Welch and her husband Tom of New York, Julie Spallino and the late Joseph Spallino of Las Vegas, Susan Mecodangelo of Texas and Lisa Mecodangelo of California; her godfather Phil Del Monte and his wife Isabel of Nevada, and many friends and extended family members.
