Mrs. Nancy (Malloy) Glendenning, age 83 of Celina, Texas passed away August 9, 2004 in Frisco, Texas. Mrs. Glendenning was born November 3, 1920 in Ferris, Texas to Edward Coit and Maude (Sheridan) Malloy. She married Don Thomas Glendenning of Celina November 11, 1950 in Dallas, Texas. Mrs. Glendenning was a housewife, loving mother and a devoted member of the First Presbyterian Church in Celina. She was a charter member of the Fidelis Inter Se Club of Celina. She is survived by three sons, Don Mark Glendenning and wife Carol of Dallas, Texas, Thomas Craig Glendenning and wife Lisa of San Antonio, Texas, Rex Keith Glendenning and wife Sherese of Celina, Texas; two daughters, Leigh and husband Steve Roberts of Fairview, Texas, Barbara Dee and husband Scott Eder of Plano, Texas; five grandchildren, Thomas John Glendenning, Clay Michael Glendenning, Michael Craig Glendenning, Alexandra Dawn Glendenning, and Madison Leigh Glendenning; one brother Edward Coit Malloy, Jr. of Mckinney, Texas; nephew Tommy Moseley of Seagraves, Texas and niece Marion Margaret (Tiddly) Blakely of Littlefield, Texas. Mrs. Glendenning is preceded in death by her husband Don Thomas Glendenning, brother Richard Keith Malloy, and sister Barbara Sheridan Malloy. Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, August 11, 2004 at 2:00 P.M at the First Presbyterian Church in Celina with Reverend David A. Sharp officiating. Interment will follow at Cottage Hill Cemetery in Celina. Visitation will be Tuesday, August 10, 2004 from 6:30 – 7:30 P.M. at the Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Chapel in Celina. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Heart Association or the American Cancer Society.
