A Remembrance Gathering is scheduled for Mrs. Margie Nelle Morris Minchey, 74 year old Plano resident, at 2:00 P.M. Saturday April 6, 2013 at the Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Chapel at Leonard.
Mrs. Minchey was born May 15, 1938 at Orangeville, Texas. Her parents were Robert Monroe and Annie Mae Cooper Morris. She married Morris Richard Minchey June 16, 1956 at Sherman, Texas. She was a High School graduate, a member of the First Baptist Church of Murphy, Texas and she worked in the insurance business doing clerical work. She passed away at the Medical Center of Plano Wednesday April 3, 2013.
She is survived by her husband: Morris Minchey of Plano; her children: Steven R. Minchey of McKinney and Tina S. Minchey of Plano; her brothers and sisters: Ann Salyer of Sachse, Kathy Ball of Bonham, Debbie Womack of Combine, Billy Morris of Las Vegas, Nevada, Alton Morris of Bells, Gary Morris of Denison and Terry Morris of Whitewright; her grandchildren: Amber Smith, Sean Smith, Patrick Minchey and Sara Minchey.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one brother, Joy Morris.
