Monique Poupart, age 69 of Frisco, Texas passed away peacefully at her home on June 23, 2004. She was born July 13, 1924 in Enfonvelle, France to Aime Raymond and Suzanne Marguerite (Monceaux) Francois. Monique was a longtime employee of Frito Lay where she worked as a payroll clerk. Her first and best loved role was as Mom to her children and Nanny to her grandchildren. She is survived by her sons, Michael and Karen Poupart of Richardson, Texas, Francis and Juli Poupart of Powder Springs, Georgia, Roger and Kimberly Poupart of Des Moines, Iowa and William Poupart of Midland, Texas; daughters, Diane and Curtis Crabtree of Dallas, Texas and Monica and Bryan Wallis of Federal Way, Washington; fourteen grandchildren; two sisters and one brother. Family visitation will be held from 7-9 PM on Friday, June 25, 2004 at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home, Frisco. Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 AM on Saturday, June 26, 2004 at First United Methodist Church of Frisco with Pastor Roger Poupart officiating. Interment will follow at Ridgeview West Memorial Park, Frisco. Memorial gifts may be given in Monique’s name to The Senior Center at Frisco Square.
