Molly Ellen Myrick passed away Thursday, December 8, 2005, in McGregor, Texas. She was born April 5, 1908, in Liberty, Kentucky, and was the last living child of five children born to Ronald and Susan Belle Chilton McGahan. Molly was a former resident of Collin County for 65 years. She was married to Lester C. Myrick of Blue Ridge for 56 years until his death in 1979. She was a homemaker and a lifelong Baptist. She is survived by her son, Bill N. Myrick of Moody, Texas; daughter, Toye Rebecca Holland and husband, A.D. of Waco, Texas; three grandsons, three great-granddaughters and two great-great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be held at 3:30 p.m., Saturday, December 10, 2005, at Ridgeview Memorial Park in Allen with Rev. Malcom Cave officiating. The family will receive friends at 2:00 p.m. prior to the service for visitation at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home.
