Mildred R. Walls, age 94 of Quinlan, Texas passed away May 22, 2015 in Rowlett, Texas. She was born October 6, 1920 in Blue Ridge, Texas to James A. and Rose Ann (Smith) Medcalf. She married Claude L. Walls June 16, 1938 in McKinney, Texas.
She is survived by her three sons, Henry Walls and wife Tammy of Hickory Creek, Texas, Ricky Walls and wife Kathy of Lewisville, Texas and Larry Walls and wife Meg of Quinlan, Texas; sister, June Ramsey of Lewisville, Texas; sixteen grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, and four great-great-grandchildren; her loving chihuahua, Esty; along with a host of other loving family and friends.
Mildred was preceded in death by her husband, Claude Walls and son, Glen Charles Walls.
A funeral service will be held Tuesday, May 26, 2015 at 12:00 Noon at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Chapel in Allen, Texas. Interment will follow at Ridgeview Memorial Park in Allen, Texas. Family and friends are invited to the funeral home at their convenience on Monday to pay their respects and to sign the register book.
