Mrs. Mildred Faye Smith Fletcher, age 96 of Garden Grove, California passed away on February 3, 2004, in Garden Grove. She was born on January 21, 1908, in Rockwall, Texas to Andrew and Mary (Dunn) Smith. She married Cecil Fletcher. Mrs. Fletcher was in the dry cleaning business and was of the Methodist faith. She is survived by her son, Wayne Fletcher of Santa Ana, California; 5 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; and sister, Rachael Lasater of Dallas, Texas. Mrs. Fletcher was preceded in death by her husband; 1 brother; and 6 sisters. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM, Saturday, February 7, 2004 at Pecan Grove Cemetery with Dr. Bill Smith officiating. Arrangements are the direction of Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home.
